The voucher you will receive at the end of your booking must be exchange into the Doge's Palace entrance ticket, you will receive it by email!

You will receive your tickets 24 hours before your scheduled booking time via this email address. On the day of your visit, you will be able to enter through the skip-the-line queue.

Access to the museums is only permitted with a valid admission ticket. Each ticket allows a single entry and cannot be reused; once you leave the museum, re-entry is not permitted. Throughout the museum visit, staff are authorized to request that you show your ticket, so please keep it carefully until the end of your visit.

The Doge’s Palace ticket includes also the visit to the Correr Museum, the National Archaeological Museum and the Monumental Halls of the Marciana National Library in Saint Marks square.

Baggage and Item Storage
Visitors are kindly informed that access to the museum area with suitcases, trolley bags, or bulky luggage is not permitted (luggage whose total dimensions of the three sides – including handles, wheels, and external pockets – exceed 1 linear meter in total).
Visitors are therefore requested to leave such luggage elsewhere before arriving at the museum entrance.
Luggage smaller than the dimensions described above but still bulky (large bags and backpacks), umbrellas, and any other items that, in the opinion of the security staff, cannot be brought into the exhibition areas must be left in the spaces designated for this purpose within the museum facilities.
The storage service is free of charge.

Food and drink
For hygiene and safety reasons regarding the artworks and spaces, eating or drinking is not allowed in the exhibition rooms or in areas where it is not explicitly permitted. In all museums, bringing alcoholic beverages and spirits is strictly prohibited.

Animals
Animals are not allowed, with the sole exception of guide dogs for the visually impaired and service dogs assisting people with disabilities.
